Is this trip right for you?

Moderate to challenging, non-technical: 4 to 7 hours a day with thousands of stone steps (notably around Chhomrong and Jhinu), one night at 4,130 m and no high pass. In winter, snow and ice above Deurali can make microspikes advisable.
