Privacy notice
The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address and a few details about your trip. This is what happens to them after you press Send.

What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your WhatsApp number, if you give one
- the trip, month and group size, if you choose them
- your message
To keep spam out, a quick check from Cloudflare runs on the form. For that check your IP address (the number that identifies your internet connection) goes to Cloudflare. We do not keep it. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers that check.
If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us directly, we receive what you send through that service.
Why we ask for it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you book with us, to plan your trip. We never sell them and we do not use them to send you marketing. We send no newsletters.
Where your message goes
The form sends your message by email to our inbox, info@high5adventures.com. Cloudflare, the company that runs this website, passes it on to the email account the owner reads, which is hosted by Google (Gmail).
The website itself keeps no copy, because there is no database behind the form. Cloudflare and Google may handle your message on servers outside Nepal.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to plan your trip and answer your follow-up questions, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The spam check on the enquiry form runs inside Cloudflare’s own frame, only to tell people from automated spam.
Your choices
You do not have to use the form: WhatsApp, a phone call or an email reach us just as well. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Email info@high5adventures.com from the address you used, or tell us on WhatsApp, and say what you would like us to do. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will delete it along with any replies we hold.
