Everest region treks

Three treks of 12 to 18 days, all above 5,500 m.

Annapurna, Manaslu and Langtang treks

Five treks of 8 to 13 days, from 4,130 m to 5,416 m.

Makalu and Kanchenjunga treks

Two treks of 18 to 20 days, from 4,870 m to 5,140 m.

How to choose a trek

Three questions narrow it down, and the table sets all ten treks side by side, shortest first.

  1. How many days do you have?

    Langtang Valley is our shortest trek, at 8 days. Six of the ten fit inside two weeks. The longest, Kanchenjunga Base Camp, takes 20 days.

  2. Have you been above 4,000 m?

    Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m), Annapurna North Base Camp (4,190 m), Makalu Base Camp (4,870 m) and Langtang Valley (4,983 m) top out between 4,000 m and 5,000 m. The other six go above 5,000 m. If you have never been that high, say so when you message us.

  3. When can you travel?

    The main seasons for our treks are spring and autumn, roughly March to May and September to November. The table shows when to go for each one.
